Cumberland Commons is an eight unit transitional living development in Windham, Maine that is built to give safe, transitional living arrangements to women who have completed an addiction treatment program. Cumberland Commons has five two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments. Cumberland Commons accepts a number of subsidized housing programs for occupants, although those who jhave resources will be charged market rental rates.
