The positive structured environment encourages and assists each individual to utilize the processes necessary to achieve lifelong recovery. We believe that balance is necessary. We assist in supporting recovery based on the twelve steps model and working with a sponsor, in conjunction with exercise and diet. We also encourage, at one's own pace, reintegration back with family, work, and/or education. Bridge is a safe, peaceful, and supportive environment where residents help each other to better their lives so long as they are willing to participate and take action.
