Our treatment philosophy begins with the idea that abstinence from alcohol, drugs, and all mood-altering substances MUST be the primary goal of treatment. We have incorporated concepts from the Twelve Steps into our programs and encourage all patients to attend Twelve Step meetings in addition to the professional treatment that they receive at Bridge Back to Life. Our experience has demonstrated that utilizing a treatment program in conjunction with the Twelve Steps increases the likelihood of long term recovery and diminishes the rate of relapse.
