Hazelden Fellowship Club
Hazelden's St. Paul, Minnesota facility, known as Fellowship Club, was established in 1953 to provide a transitional living option for men leaving Hazelden's residential alcohol and drug treatment program. Today at Fellowship Club, Hazelden provides intermediate care for men and women, ages 18 and over, who have completed a primary alcohol and drug addiction treatment program. |
