Since the first day our focus has been on our students- and we've grown with them. Today, we have had over 150 students take our “Signature Courses”. Our courses are flexible and can be taken anytime, anywhere. Our students have the freedom to complete their coursework when it fits their life. To assist them, our faculty has the same freedom - to teach our students anytime and anywhere. Our courses focus on recovery and can be applied in most treatment settings, educational institutions, and outpatient type programs. Our “Signature Courses” can be created for these programs and can focus on anything from recovery to film studies to eating disorders. The Sober College School of Addiction Studies is created to provide real world information on addiction and recovery. Its courses are designed by professionals with years of experience working with people who suffer from addiction. All of the courses offered by the Sober College School of Addiction Studies are taught by top level professionals all with intimate knowledge of addiction. These courses will not only provide you with the knowledge to work with people suffering from addiction but they will provide you an opportunity to learn more about yourself. Andrew Jackson University is approved by The California Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors' (CAADAC) Commission of Alcohol and Drug Counselors Education Programs, as a continuing education provider. With its affiliation to the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium, CAADAC meets the highest levels of quality preparation and testing of its counselors and ethical responsibilities to clients.
