Debra Emmite MD

Dr. Emmite is a native Houstonian. She recieved her BA in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and her BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock and El Paso. Dr.Emmite then completed an internship in Family Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. She finished her psychiatry residency also at Baylor College of Medicine in 1985 where she was cheif resident of the Baylor Psychiatry Clinic. She has praciticed in Houston since then. Dr. Emmite is on the Advisory Board or for the Houston Council on Alcohol and Drugs. She is on staff at The Woman's Hospital of Texas. Dr. Emmite lives in Katy, Texas with her husband, teenage son, 3 dogs and a parrot.
