That’s why Cumberland Heights offers a range of treatment programs – to meet the diverse and individual needs of each person seeking help. We use a holistic approach to treatment, which addresses the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of addiction. Our programs emphasize the time-tested 12 Steps of Recovery, originated by Alcoholics Anonymous over 65 years ago.  

Traditional residential treatment is the preferred approach for people whose illness indicates progression. The Traditional Program lasts a minimum of 28 days and offers a quiet, caring environment in which patients can focus solely on their recovery. Treatment begins with a personal assessment to determine the most appropriate services for a lasting recovery.
