Grace House

Grace House of Memphis, Inc. is committed to providing cost effective, comprehensive treatment services to adult women and their loved ones who are experiencing major life problems due to the disease of chemical dependency.  Treatment is intended to return her to an acceptable level of spiritual, physical, emotional, social,  and occupational functioning.  Our primary goal is to help each addicted woman and her loved ones  begin a lifelong process of recovery regardless of race, color, creed, economic or social circumstance, sexual orientation or national origin.  Also a part of this commitment is to provide these services to women regardless of their ability to pay.

We believe that addictive disease, which includes alcoholism and drug addiction constitutes a physiological and psychological illness that is progressive in nature and non-discriminatory in scope.  We believe etiology or origin of addictive diesase is both genetically and environmentally based.  A person who has addictive disease in their family history will be a high risk of developing this illness as well as those who continually self medicate in order to avoid dealing with existing problems or pain.
