Welcome to the Council for Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services, located on the North Shore in Chattanooga, TN. CADAS is the only Non-Profit Treatment Center in Chattanooga that offers a full continuum of care. Founded in 1964, our mission remains the same - to deliver the highest quality treatment, prevention and educational services to the chemically dependent, their families and the community at large.

CADAS has a new outpatient program that is now available. This program is for those people whose lives have been impacted by methamphetamine. Tennessee residents may be eligible for a grant funded program specifically designed to assist methamphetamine users by offering a more comprehensive outpatient treatment program than has been previously unavailable.
