About Us
From our inception in 1971, the Carroll Institute has helped thousands of individuals, and families to overcome the destructive disease of chemical addictions. We were established more than 30 years ago as an information center aimed at educating the public about the dangers of substance abuse. Since then we have broadened our awareness efforts and expanded to include outpatient support for victims of chemical addiction, serving people of all ages, income and backgrounds
