Y-Haven Transitional Housing

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland's Y-Haven Program helps homeless men, ages 18+, to become self-sufficient, functional and free from substance addiction. Y-Haven offers transitional housing, recovery services, treatment for mental illness, educational and vocational services. Y-Haven runs two facilities in the City of Cleveland that have the capacity to serve 133 homeless men. Many residents are self-referred, but most of the referrals are provided by counselors, social workers and program administrators from governmental agencies and private non-profits in Greater Cleveland and Cuyahoga County.
