Transitional Living Center's sober living homes are located in Ohio's Northern Medina County, Brunswick and in Valley City. TLC believes that the success of residents is dependent on the success of those people living in the homes that they provide. Much emphasis is placed on accountability and independence, both in-house and on group outings. TLC take pride in their homes and the excellent professional, loving care which each resident receives.
