First at Blue Ridge offers several programs to better serve its clients. Although each program has its differences, they all share one very important thing: the mission to give each and every client of FIRST the opportunity to make positive changes in their lives and to work towards building a new healthy, drug and alcohol free lifestyle.

Our mission is to provide a combination of therapeutic treatment, vocational training, and life skills development for people with chronic substance abuse addictions to assist them in becoming responsible members of society
