Kelly Tobey MSW

Mrs. Tobey's approach is authentic, straightforward, down-to- earth, solution-focused and nonjudgmental. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and psychodynamic therapies. Symptoms are viewed within a psychosocial context. Despite what brings one to seek therapy, Mrs. Tobey aims at reducing troublesome symptoms, improving interpersonal relationships, and resolving issues as quickly as feasibly possible , while being able to practice skills outside of the therapy session.
