Family Intervention Now

Burr Cook is a Board Registered Interventionist (BRI/1) credentialed by the Association of Intervention Specialist Credentialing Board (AISCB), Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Recovery Specialist (CAS) and a member of AIS. Burr’s experience with family interventions began while working as a nurse. Burr Cook is a graduate of the Los Angeles County –USC School of Nursing (LVN), Saddleback College, (R.N.) and the University of Irvine Medical Center’s Critical Care Nursing program, (CCRN).

Burr has worked in state licensed inpatient addiction treatment centers and detoxification facilities as counselor, program developer and Director of Admissions. Burr’s experience and knowledge of the recovery process from intervention, detoxification, treatment, aftercare planning, resources and referrals has given him the experience and skill to implement comprehensive recovery plans for addicts and their families.
