I'm a 10 year veteran of Cedars Sinai and have been trained in a variety of therapeutic styles which allow me to customize treatment to best meet your needs. Typically, I use a combination of dynamic long term talk therapy and directive coaching. I've also had extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for both depression and anxiety and provide follow up/maintenance treatment to those who have been through formal CBT programs.
