La Costa Solutions for Women

La Costa Solutions for Women is a beautiful home where we provide a loving, nurturing, safe environment to transition back into mainstream living. Located close to beaches, shopping and a short drive to Downtown San Diego. We provide a Gym Membership at exclusive Pure Fitness Sports Club. Staple food items and transportation provided. We are blessed with a beautiful oceanview from our balcony, pool / jaccuzzi, private courtyard with fireplace. The home was completely renovated this past year.

We provide a semi-structured program. Attendance and activity within a 12 Step Program are mandatory, as we have found through personnal experiance to be the road to recovery. We also have a strong belief in organization and structure, as these new tools have allowed us to clean the wreckage from our pasts and live life more manageably. We believe that by taking care of our bodies through physical activity and making a connection to a Higher Power opens us to building the confidence and self-esteem we so freely gave away to our addictions.
