I have 20 years of experience in addiction and recovery. I have been trained in motivational interviewing, and the 12 step program. I work from a client centered harm reduction approach. My PHILOSOPHY: I view therapy as a sacred healing process built on trust, acceptance, and deep understanding. My style is warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, engaging, direct and honest. I combine a nurturing, and supportive approach with the practical skills I have gained in 20 years of training and experience.
