Cindy Blackett

My name is Cindy Blackett and I am a Berkeley psychotherapist providing individual and couples counseling. Sometimes you know the problems: depression, low self-esteem, fighting with your partner. Sometimes you don’t know what has gone wrong, but you know you are somehow unhappy, feeling hopeless or stuck. When problems are hidden or pushed away, they tend to get bigger and penetrate more and more of our lives. When we carry them into the light and look at them clearly with the help of a therapist, we begin to understand where we got stuck and how to find our way out. My work is to help you find your way out, so you can be at peace with yourself and your relationships.
