Burning Tree Recovery Ranch is a unique treatment program providing chronic relapse patients with long-term treatment. Burning Tree tends to treat more complicated addictions as well as patients with co-occurring disorders. On average, the length of an inpatient stay is almost a year, although a patient’s stay is never pre-determined. The length of treatment is based upon an individual’s progress while working the program.

What makes Burning Tree different from other facilities is their founding value — providing excellent long-term care at the most economical rate possible. They specialize in treating the relapsing adult and expect a very high degree of accountability in every area of their client’s lives. The length of time, as well as the high quality of their facilities and program at a very reasonable rate, separates them from other treatment facilities. The opportunity to learn and practice 12-step principles allows their clients to create a life of excellence beyond sobriety.

While at Burning Tree, clients can expect lessons in life-skills, 12-step and spiritual guidance, chemical dependency counseling, nutritional and physical activity counseling, innovative family programs and group/individual therapy.

The effectiveness of their treatment program is based upon the patient’s willingness to work the program. If the patient is discharged from the facility at a predetermined time, regardless of how well the treatment is proceeding, or if he or she leaves a program and returns to his or her previous lifestyle with no adjustments being made, failure is likely.

Early recovery is a 2-5 year process meaning the continuum of care extends through various phases after admission, dissipating structure over time, to the 2-year mark. Success rates for clients who complete all phases of treatment are remarkable.

All Burning Tree clinical professionals are licensed: chemical dependency counselors or interns, professional counselors, professional counselor interns or even master’s level social workers.
