Confirmed Monday, August 13, U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.  is confirmed to be currently treated for Bipolar II Disorder by reputable, Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic.   This ends months of speculation regarding his absence from office, first reported on June 10 as exhaustion.  Jackson, currently under a House Ethics Committee Investigation for fraud in connection to his ties to convicted Illinois Gov.
