  Local media reports that a Los Angeles County prosecutor has indicated that starlet Lindsay Lohan is apparently in violation of her probation after neglecting to check herself into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility located in Southern California, instead checking into the noted Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California. Lohan’s whereabouts were not known this week, only hours after her lawyer informed a judge that she had gone into a rehab facility. Apparently, she showed up there but only stayed for a few minutes and left.
