Brooke Mueller’s Relapse: Does This Incriminate Charlie Sheen?

Chronic relapser Brooke Mueller, ex-wife of the notorious Charlie Sheen and the mother of his twin boys, has checked herself into rehab again after an alleged four-day binger.

Apparently Brooke made a surprise visit to Charlie Sheen’s home in the prestigious Mulholland Estates and seemed “out of it.” According to sources close to Sheen, he then requested she be examined by an addiction specialist and she left the house before he could make that happen. The same sources claim Brooke then decided to check into an undisclosed inpatient rehab facility outside of the Los Angeles area to get try and back on the right path.

There have also been several stories that state that Mueller and Sheen went on a four-day binger at his estate and that Brooke decided to nip the relapse in the bud and check herself into rehab. Charlie Sheen has responded to these alleged stories by simply stating, “Consider the source.”

Prior to these allegations Sheen and his camp had made it very clear that he was clean and sober. An “insider” has said, “He’s just not doing all these talk shows and making appearances that may have people thinking he was partying again.”

The source goes on to say that Charlie Sheen had a four-day “blowout at his home, invited Brooke to come over, she did, and relapsed.” The source also said that this alleged “bash” took place just before Mother’s Day and that, because of the partying, Brooke did not get to spend time with her two twin sons, Max and Bob.

Brooke’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, told to popular gossip website TMZ that his client is “clean as a whistle” and that she has in deed checked herself into rehab again, but not for relapsing.

I don’t know about you but that sounds very far-fetched to me.

He goes on to say that when Brooke pleaded guilty to cocaine possession last month, she had told the judge that she would be going back to rehab four times throughout the year to make it easier to live a life in Los Angeles, a city “full of temptations.” Galanter also makes it very clear that his client is drug tested regularly and he has Arnie Mordkin, the Pitkin County D.A., to back him up on his statements. Mordkin has said that he has no evidence that Brooke has fallen off the wagon.

Galanter says the reports of the binger at the Sheen Mansion are all B.S. and that, if it had happened, she wouldn’t have passed all her drug tests with flying colors. Earlier this year Brooke voluntarily checked herself into the Cirque Lodge in Utah following her arrest in Aspen for assaulting a woman in an Aspen, Colorado bar. Upon Brooke’s arrest she was also found to be in possession of at least four grams of cocaine and, just a little over three weeks ago, the judge sentenced her to probation.

According to TMZ Brooke has not violated her probation.
